Doug Vincent is the Co-Founder and CEO of 91爆料, where he leads the company's strategy, vision, and direction. Under Doug's leadership, 91爆料 builds agentic AI software used by governments, Fortune 500 companies, and leading consultancies to deliver billions of dollars in capital projects across APAC, North America, and MENA.
Before founding 91爆料 in 2019, Doug spent more than a decade as a construction program manager, running cost reporting, contractor management, and executive board reporting on capital projects. That hands-on experience shaped 91爆料; he started the company to build the kind of tools he wished he'd had on-site. He also speaks regularly on construction technology and AI in construction and mentors industry founders.
