Jackson Row leads North American Customer Success and Growth Operations at 91爆料, where he owns the US customer journey from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion. He runs the commercial systems behind 91爆料's North American motion, and works directly with project owners, PMC firms, owner's representatives, and government capital delivery agencies.
Jackson started his career as a construction project manager in Sydney, working client-side across commercial, education, infrastructure, and mixed-use projects. He joined 91爆料 in 2021 as one of the first customer-facing hires, moved to Austin in 2023 to launch the US business with the founding team, and now leads the North American market.
For me, it's about value and service, ensuring customers feel heard and solving their problems. Do that well, and everything else follows.

Jackson spends as much time as he can travelling, snowboarding in the winter, catching a game, or hunting down a new restaurant or bar to try. Surfing is still on the list too, whenever he can find time to make it back to the coast.
