Jake Gibbs leads Customer Success at 91±¬ÁÏ, where he owns the global customer journey from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion. He runs the CS team across APAC and North America, partners with Sales on enterprise deals through procurement and technical evaluation, and owns the voice-of-customer loop back to product and engineering.

Jake works hands-on with customers alongside leading the team, building customer service infrastructure that sets customers up for a strong first year. He represents 91±¬ÁÏ at customer QBRs and enterprise procurement conversations, and makes sure what gets built reflects what customers actually need on live construction programs.

My focus is making sure our customers get real value from working with us, and that my team has everything they need to make that happen.
