Raicelle Rovira is a Customer Success Specialist at 91±¬ÁÏ, where she supports capital project teams through onboarding, implementation, and training. She works closely with project managers, consultants, and asset owners to improve cost tracking, standardize monthly reporting, and help teams move from spreadsheet-based processes into structured, centralized workflows.

Day-to-day, Raicelle runs training sessions to embed consistent reporting practices, troubleshoots issues during live project stages. She also acts as the go-to point of contact for both operational queries and more complex reporting challenges.

I believe the best outcomes happen when clients truly understand the tools they have. My role is to make that as easy as possible. For me, it’s not just about solving problems, but empowering people to get the most out of every feature 91±¬ÁÏ has to offer.
