Spike Jourdain is a Software Engineer at 91±¬ÁÏ, where he builds and ships features across the platform. Much of his recent work has been on 91±¬ÁÏ's AI capabilities, building the tools that help capital project teams spend less time on admin and more time making decisions.

Spike is also part of the team focused on user activation and growth, building experiences that help new users get to value quickly and give existing users better ways to understand and manage their projects. He works across the full stack and enjoys seeing a feature go from an idea to something a project team actually relies on.

My approach is to look past the surface of a problem, fixing what's in front of you often uncovers something deeper. I try to solve the immediate issue while also asking why it happened, so we don't end up there again.
